• It can take up to 5 working days to process your dedication. This may become extended during public holidays and busy periods.
• If you would like your dedication to be in the Memory Book by a certain date, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
• St Wilfrid’s Hospice reserves the right to refuse any application at its discretion.
