Our Community Links

Creating a vibrant community network across our catchment area by becoming a point of contact for your organisation or community group. Is this something you could do?

Our vibrant community

The heart of the Community Links project is to create a vibrant community network across our catchment area, through points of contact in organisations and community groups.

Each Community Link can:

  • Act as a point of contact for St Wilfrid's by circulating information among their group or organisation.
  • Provide St Wilfrid's with information about any services or activities their group is running that may be of interest to hospice patients and their families.
  • Provide feedback from their community on St Wilfrid's services and let the hospice know about any issues it may be able to help their group with.

On these pages, you will find a list of the groups and organisations that have joined our Community Links, information on the services and activities they provide in the community, and how to get in touch with them to find out more.

I'm interested in becoming a link

For an informal discussion around the role, please contact Community Engagement Co-ordinator, Lucy Cheshire on 07784 238569 or lucy.cheshire@stwhospice.org
