A safe space in Eastbourne for people who have been bereaved to share their feelings and connect with others.

It is held at The Pauling Room, St John’s Church, Meads in Eastbourne from 2.30pm to 4pm on the last Tuesday of the month.

This free monthly bereavement group is a chance to connect with others, share experiences and seek support. Held every second Wednesday of every month 2-4pm at The Union Church in Heathfield.

Bereavement group in Hailsham

Please feel free to come along to meet with others who have lost a loved one, no matter how long ago they died and whatever their relationship.

The group is held every 4th Thursday of each month at 10am at The Laurel, Market Sq, Hailsham.
