Our care
St Wilfrid’s Hospice is here to support you, and those close to you, with your illness. This includes your physical, emotional, psychological, spiritual and practical needs.
As a specialist palliative care service we work closely with your GP, hospital team and other NHS services. We do not replace them, but we can offer advice and support them to support you.
All of our care and support is tailored to you, and we may help you in a range of ways. Find out more about our services below.
To make sure we can support everyone we need to, there may be times when we do not need to arrange a further follow up with you, and we will discharge you from our services. However, you can be re-referred if you feel you need our support again.
