Platinum partners ECF Car Care blog

ECF Car Care is a platinum partner, which means they pledge to raise £5,000 for the hospice during the year. The firm is also kindly loaning us a vehicle for our care team to use when visiting patients in the local community.

We are Eastbourne Coach Finishers Ltd, an Accident Repair, MOT and Servicing Centre. We were originally founded in 1957 and based in Birch Close, just off Lottbridge Drove in Eastbourne.

The business will be an incredible 67 years old in 2024. We are now better known as ECF Car Care and we pride ourselves in having built the business around exceptional workmanship, transparency and award-winning customer service.

We are extremely proud of our Vehicle Manufacturer Approved status with Mercedes-Benz (car and vans), Smart, Volkswagen (car and vans), Audi, SEAT, Skoda, Cupra, Kia and MG. But we also cover repairs and servicing for other large manufacturers like Ford, Vauxhall, Land Rover, Citroen, Peugeot, BMW and Toyota.

Our reception, technicians and vehicle damage assessors all receive constant training from the vehicle manufacturers, so that we can stay one step ahead of the competition and continue to provide exemplary service to our loyal customers in Eastbourne, East Sussex, and beyond, into all areas of the Southeast.

With a team of nearly 30 staff, we at ECF honour ourselves in supporting local and giving back to our community.

We have been supporting St Wilfrid’s over the past few years at local events and took the leap to become platinum partners back in the summer of 2023. We encourage others locally to support this amazing charity for all that they do in and around Eastbourne.

We are really proud to be supporting St Wilfrid’s Hospice both now and in the future through our ongoing fundraising initiatives.
