Bereavement Help Points

We welcome all people who are bereaved to talk openly in a safe, informal, non-judgemental space about thoughts and feelings they are experiencing.

What are Bereavement Help Points?

Our Bereavement Help Points are part of a pioneering project to assist people in our communities seeking support with bereavement.

We welcome all people who are bereaved to come along for the chance to talk openly in a safe, informal, non-judgemental space about thoughts and feelings you are experiencing.

They are staffed by volunteers who have experience dealing with bereaved people and are therefore able to listen as well as help you understand and ‘normalise’ the feelings you are having.

We offer:
  • A safe non-judgemental space to talk in an informal setting
  • Useful advice
  • Contacts that could help
