Brighten the Night

It's time to untangle those fairy lights and decorate your home, street, school or church to raise vital funds for local hospice care.

Are you thinking of decorating the outside of your home, church, school or street this Christmas? Join our Brighten the Night campaign and raise vital funds for local hospice care while you do it.

How it works

  1. Let us know you want to take part by filling in the form below or calling our Fundraising Team on 01323 434224. We will be in touch with you to discuss your plans.
  2. Set up a JustGiving page to collect donations.
  3. We'll supply you with a Brighten the Night display board with a QR code linking to your JustGiving page, plus some branded banners and a donation bucket. We'll also spread the word about your display on our social media and website (with your permission).
  4. Switch your lights on and Brighten the Night!
  5. Enjoy the warm glow you'll get knowing you've made a difference to local hospice care.

Have you decorated the outside of your home before for Christmas?
Are you happy for your address to be shared on our website and on social media so that others can find your house and see the lights?(Required)
During December we would like to share information about properties that are lit up for St Wilfrid's. Please let us know if you would like to be included in these listings. You can still take part in Brighten the Night either way.
Please confirm you are over 18 years of age and have the property owner's permission to decorate it(Required)

If you have helped the charity in the past, we like to thank you and keep you informed about our news and events. We feel there is a legitimate interest in keeping you up to date with the work we are doing and letting you know how you can get involved. This would normally be by email, post or telephone.
