Time to Remember

When it comes to grieving for someone who mattered to us we are all different. What we do know from years of experience is that it can be helpful and perhaps comforting to spend time together and remember together.

If you have been recently bereaved under St Wilfrid's Hospice's care, then we warmly invite you to a Time to Remember event here at the hospice. This will be a shared time for reflection with some music and poetry. There will be an opportunity to remember and light a candle in memory of your loved one. You can bring a photograph or an item of special significance which reminds you of the person you have lost. We will invite you to place these on a shared table. You could also bring a flower or two, but no big bouquets please. Of course, it is also absolutely fine not to bring anything.

Our intention is for the event to be open to and meaningful for all, whatever your beliefs or background.

Our next Time to Remember event will be on Monday 15th September at 2pm. This will be held in The Retreat at the hospice.

If you'd like to attend, please fill out the form below.
