You can recycle your real Christmas tree with us and make a difference in the lives of local people! In return for a donation to St Wilfrid’s Hospice, we will collect your tree and put it to good use.

It’s As Easy As 1, 2, Tree!

Click the 'book your collection' button below.

Enter your address and make a donation.

Leave your tree at the boundary of your property by 8am on 8th January.

Suggested donation for trees up to 8ft: £15 per tree.

Suggested donation for trees up to 10ft: £20 per tree.

For trees over 10ft please email corporates@stwhospice.org

A few key things to remember:

  • Your tree will be collected from Wednesday 8th until Saturday 11th January 2025
  • Please remove all decorations
  • Please leave your tree outside your property in a visible and accessible location. Our crew are unable to enter inside your homes/buildings
  • Our amazing corporate volunteers are Whiteline, Hawes and Enterprise Mobility. So do not be alarmed if you see a delivery driver collecting your tree!
  • If we are unable to collect your tree for any reason, you will receive a calling card and you will need to contact us by Saturday 11th January to arrange another collection. We will return on Sunday 12th January.
  • We will try our best to collect all trees during these four days, so please sit back and be patient whilst our volunteers are working hard to reach everyone

A huge thank you to all of our wonderful volunteers who are dedicating their time to make this collection happen. We could not do it without them!

How your tree can help

By recycling your tree with us, you’ll be helping St Wilfrid’s Hospice provide care and support to those with life-limiting illnesses.

Your donations ensure that local people can live well at the end of their lives.

As Niall, a family member of a patient cared for at St Wilfrid's Hospice, shared 'All the people who have previously donated to St Wilfrid's Hospice contributed to making Natalie's last few weeks comfortable, and to giving her the best Christmas ever. I am indebted and eternally grateful for that'.

Your support funds critical care that our expert teams deliver in the hospice, in homes, and in care facilities across Eastbourne, Seaford, Hailsham, Uckfield, and Heathfield.

All the trees collected will be recycled for biomass energy.
