Recycle Your Christmas Tree

2026 bookings are now closed.

We are incredibly grateful to everyone who participated in our Christmas Tree Recycling Scheme in 2026. Thanks to your generous support, we successfully collected over 600 trees and raised over £14,000 to support the vital work of St Wilfrid's Hospice!

This amazing achievement would not have been possible without the efforts of our wonderful community.

Josh and his team turn the trees into biomass energy, with the woodchip used to help heat greenhouses to grow fruit and generate green energy from a sustainable electricity source.
Bookings for 2027 will open in November 2026

Our team is already hard at work planning for next year, we will update this page later this year with details about how to recycle your Christmas tree with St Wilfrid's Hospice.
