At St Wilfrid’s Hospice, we are committed to maintaining high standards of care through continuous improvement in our daily practices.

All members of our multidisciplinary team actively participate in quality improvement projects, audits, and gathering valuable feedback from patients, carers, staff, and others who use our services.

Every three months, we showcase our completed projects on the Quality Matters board, sharing our outcomes, insights, and learnings.

This ensures that both our teams and visitors are informed about the positive changes we’re making to enhance the care we provide.
