Dying Matters Week 2022
2nd to 6th May #InAGoodPlace
With the pandemic far from over, many have been struggling with big questions about how and where we die, who we are with at the end and what care and support we have in place.
This aligns perfectly with the hospice’s vision that people talk more openly about death and dying and we invite you to join in the conversation.
There will be activities at the hospice reception area during Dying Matters Awareness Week and on our social media accounts. So please follow us on Facebook and visit the hospice café during the week to let us know what you think.
Dying Matters Awareness Week is an annual event organised by Hospice UK. It encourages us all to talk more openly about death, dying and bereavement. You can find out more about it here: https://www.hospiceuk.org/our-campaigns/dying-matters
