Get involved Volunteer with St Wilfrid's Why volunteer? Volunteers have always been an essential part of the hospice movement and we believe that volunteers are vital to the future of hospice care. We know that everyone is unique and people volunteer for all kinds of different reasons. We aim to meet these different motivations and lifestyles with a range of opportunities that support the work of the hospice and harness the compassion within our community. We strive to develop our volunteer programme so it works for you as well as us.
