We need your help

Help us to care through the COVID-19 emergency!

These are tough times for local people nearing the end of life and their families.  St Wilfrid’s is preparing to care for an increased number of patients following the COVID-19 outbreak, using our specialist skills to care for vulnerable people throughout our community.

In line with government guidance, all of our spring fundraising events have been cancelled and our shops are closed.  This has left a serious shortfall in the income that we need to support our patients and those who love them.

However, there are still lots of ways in which you can get involved!  Keep fit with a challenge in your own garden,  get artistic and design a St Wilfrid’s Dove,  enter the Hospice Lottery or donate the money that you would have spent on travelling to work or visiting the pub to support our nurses.

Now more than ever we need the help of our generous supporters.  We hope that you will enjoy these ways of getting involved and raising funds to help our patients through the summer months.

Thank you for your support!
