Hours:  37.5 hours per week

Contract: Permanent

Salary:  £25,605.28 – £31,447.13 (dependant on experience) plus enhancements for unsocial working

The Role:

Applications are invited for the role of Registered Nurse within the Community Nursing team at St Wilfrid’s Hospice.  We are seeking candidates who can demonstrate they have the right skills, knowledge and experience in palliative care to support people in the community setting.  The community service provides valued care and advice for patients, families and health and social care professionals. 

Our highly skilled and compassionate nursing teamwork autonomously to deliver a wide range of care to patients with varying levels of complexity.  It is essential that you have access to a car.

The successful candidates will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to use initiative and possess an understanding of current professional nursing issues relating to palliative care.
