Hours:  37.5 hours per week

Contract: Fixed Term for 12 months

Salary:  £25,000 to £27,000 per annum dependent upon experience

The Role:

We are therefore looking for a personable and self-motivated individual to join the hospice as an HR Officer.

The successful candidate will be a motivated, talented HR generalist with great communication and interpersonal skills alongside well-developed HR skills in the core generalist areas of employee relations, recruitment, HR Information Systems (HRIS) and policies and procedures.

You will play a pivotal role in HR operations, with the opportunity to get involved in HR projects as they arise, the majority of which will be centered on delivering the outcomes we want to generate from our People Strategy.

This is a varied role which requires excellent organisational, communication and IT skills with the ability to work as a team, be flexible and demonstrate initiative. You will be also used to working to deadlines and prioritising your own workload.
