The Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail manager with strong leadership skills and commercial awareness to join our Retail team. The successful individual will be based in our Hailsham shop.

You will have a hands-on approach, with the ability to recruit and motivate a team of volunteers to maximise sales and generate income to support the work of St Wilfrid’s. You will be able to demonstrate proven success in achieving sales targets, with the ability to influence and increase sales and productivity.

You will enjoy providing excellent customer service and will have the passion and skill to maximise profits, generate stock through donations to ensure our stores meet their sales targets. You will also have a commitment to promoting awareness of St Wilfrid’s by establishing good relationships within the local community.

Experience of working with volunteers would be an advantage, however, this role would also suit a candidate with high street retail experience. As this is a retail post, regular weekend work is required.
