Salary: £35,091.07 - £43,408.13 dependant on experience

The Role:

St Wilfrid’s Hospice is seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist with relevant experience to join the Community Nursing Team. We are an established community team providing specialist palliative care and support to patients and families in their homes, care homes and out patient settings. The successful applicant will be required to work and be based across our catchment area.

We would welcome applications from registered nurses with advanced communication and decision making skills. Physical assessment and prescribing qualifications are desirable, or a willingness to undertake study to achieve these.

The role requires autonomy and confidence and an ability to work across multi-professional teams within and external to the hospice.
