An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Bereavement Service Co-ordinator to join the team at St Wilfrid’s Hospice. Your role will be to co-ordinate and deliver the bereavement service available to those adults bereaved under the care of the hospice as well as adult bereaved in the community. This will involve overall co-ordination of the service, managing a busy influx of referrals, assessing individuals, and triaging cases to a team of counselling volunteers.

You will be supporting volunteers in their roles as well as holding your own small caseload of complex clients. Alongside this, there will be an opportunity to develop group and social support for the bereaved.
