Hours:  37.5 hrs per week

Monday / Tuesday / Friday: 8.30 am – 4.00 pm

Wednesday: 8.30 am – 6.00 pm

Thursday: 8.30 am – 4.30 pm

Contract:  Permanent

Salary:  £21,000 per annum

The Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a personable and self-motivated individual to join the hospice as an Administrator / Co-ordinator. We are currently looking for an individual with extensive administrative experience as well as experience coordinating projects or events to join our specialist team.

You will play a pivotal role in supporting us to provide the high-quality care of our Wellbeing Service and our psycho-social team. The latter will include support for bereavement, counselling and spiritual support. Alongside this, you will co-ordinate and provide administrative support for creative engagement events and activities such as our hospice choir.

This is a varied role which requires excellent organisational, communication and IT skills with the ability to work as a team, be flexible and demonstrate initiative. You will be also used to working to deadlines and prioritising your own workload.
