Share your best - and most unique - scone recipe
Apple and cinnamon? Orange and chocolate? Marmite and cheese? We are looking for the best - and most unique - scone recipes in the South East.
Enter the Great St Wilfrid's Scone-off and, if your recipe is shortlisted you will be invited to bring your creation to an exclusive judging event hosted by Richard Coles from Celebrity Bake Off.
To enter, send us your scone recipe before Tuesday 1st October.
How does the competition work?
- All recipes must be entered using the form below by midnight on Tuesday 1st October.
- We will shortlist 6 recipes and let you know if you have been successful by Friday 4th October.
- If your recipe is shortlisted you will need to be available to bake and bring a plate of 6 scones to the hospice at 1 Broadwater way, Eastbourne, at 2.30pm on Tuesday 15th October.
- Scones will be judged based on creativity, taste and texture.
- If your recipe is selected as the winning entry, we will use it The Street Cafe to create scones to sell on Scone Day on 24th October.
