Compassionate Communities

A compassionate community supports one another through grief and loss. We aim to make conversations about death, dying, and bereavement easier.

What is a compassionate community?

A compassionate community is a community where people support each other during difficult times, particularly when facing grief and loss.

By working alongside our communities, we want to make it easier to talk about death, dying, and bereavement.

Through encouraging people to have these conversations, offering acts of kindness and compassion and in building networks of friends, groups, families and neighbours, that no one faces the end of life alone or in isolation.
