Are you looking for a special way to show your organisation's support for St Wilfrid's this Christmas?

Our Giving Tree tags are a simple way to make a real difference to local hospice care this festive season. They offer your colleagues/members the opportunity to make an individual and personalised dedication.

How to take part:

1. Use the form below to order your Giving Tree pack.
2. We will send you 32 tags with various donation suggestions from £10 to £100.
3. Encourage your colleagues, congregation or members to take a tag and make a donation.
4. Collect the tags and donations and return them to St Wilfrid's Hospice (or, if you prefer, simply send the donations to us and hang the tag on your own tree).
5. Tags will be hung on The Giving Tree in the hospice.
6. The total donation made by your organisation will be acknowledged with a certificate to display in your office, church or community group.
