Help St Wilfrid’s to keep caring through the COVID-19 crisis

Now more than ever we need the help of our generous supporters as we prepare to care for an increased number of patients following the COVID-19 outbreak. In line with Government guidance, all of our spring fundraising events have been cancelled and our shops are closed.  This has left a serious shortfall in the income that we need to provide specialist support to end of life patients and those who love them.

We are asking you to stand with us at this time.

Perhaps you are working at home - why not donate your petrol or travel costs to help keep our hospice at home car on the road?

Restaurants and pubs are closed – could you donate the cost of a meal out to pay for meals for our patients?

Below we have a few more ideas of where you may like to pay it forward or you can download a copy here

Any gift, large or small will make a real difference to local people at the time when they most need your help. What will you do?

Your kindness will help keep the hospice caring at this difficult time.

‘The staff and volunteers are amazing, however, under pressure they are, they still make time for you’

£100 would pay for a nurse for a day, providing expert, compassionate care to a dying patient.

£45 could keep the hospice at home car on the road for a day

£25  could pay for protective equipment to keep our nurses safe as they care.

£10 could pay for a nutritious meal for a patient.

Thank you for your ongoing support

Note: Occasionally the donation form doesn't appear below. If this is the case, we would suggest you refresh your browser and try again. We are working on a permanent solution for the issue and hope to resolve it soon.
