Can I register for Gift Aid?

If you would like to register for Gift Aid you need to complete a simple declaration form. We will register you as a gift aider to St Wilfrid’s Hospice.

To register, please download this form and return it to us with your donated items. You will then simply be able to add your Gift Aid number to future donations or just your surname and postcode. Please ensure that this information is attached securely to your donated items.

How does Gift Aid work with donated items?

When you donate your items these will be logged against your Gift Aid account. You are donating items for the retail company to sell on your behalf. When we sell the items this will be logged against your account.

So that we use our resources efficiently, we do not usually claim the Gift Aid until we are able to claim at least £10. We will write to you or email you to advise when we are making a claim as you may opt to keep this money.

Please note that if you choose to keep this money this may be subject to an administrative charge plus VAT.

Whether you're raiding your wardrobe or making some extra space around the house, we're happy to find your unwanted items a new home.

Somebody in your community will love the things that you no longer do.
