What is a Community Link?

A Community Link acts as a point of contact between their organisation or community group and St Wilfrid’s Hospice.

How does it work?

We will regularly post you St Wilfrid’s news and events for you to distribute among your group or organisation. By doing this, you can really help us to promote community awareness of our services and any upcoming events which St Wilfrid’s are providing in your local area.

About the role:

• To act as a point of contact for St Wilfrid’s by circulating information among your group or organisation.

• To provide St Wilfrid’s with information about any services or activities your group is running that may be of interest to hospice patients and their families.

• To provide feedback from your community on St Wilfrid’s services and to let the hospice know about any issues it may be able to help your group with.
