Learning and Development programme

Learning and development are at the heart of what we do, and we feel passionately that education is a key factor in providing excellent palliative care.

Our education programme is designed to meet the needs of staff working in community health and social care settings.

What we offer

We have training facilities on-site and a team of experienced trainers who are palliative care specialists. Courses can be booked by telephone or email. We can also offer bespoke training courses to meet your specific needs.

    We have an opportunity for a temporary Facilities Officer providing overnight security of the hospice and grounds as well as providing housekeeping and facility duties. The successful candidate will ideally be able to demonstrate knowledge of cleaning and porterage duties, although training will be given for specifics relating to the position.
