Registered Nurses – Community and Nurse Line
Variable hours available (including full time)

Do you want to work in a progressive team where the values of respect, compassion and professionalism are central to your work?

If you do, then you share our values at St Wilfrid’s.

Palliative care nursing is hugely rewarding with its strong patient-centred focus. We are seeking Registered Nurses to support our patients and carers in the community. Working in a multi-disciplinary team with great support, you would be caring for people in their own homes.

We also have opportunities to join our Nurse Line service, which provides valuable care through telephone support. Many of our RNs work across hospice teams, so it is possible to work in the community and partly in our Nurse Line, providing a mix of experience and chances to develop your career.

We encourage on-going professional development and provide benefits including 27 days annual leave on joining, a pension scheme including the option to transfer your NHS pension, and emotional support.

If you would like to find out more visit our website at www.stwhospice.org or call Eirian Levell our Head of Community Nursing on 01323 434259.

Closing date: 5 pm 26 July 2018
