Salary £25,000-£29,000 per annum, dependent upon experience

Our people are vital to the future of St Wilfrid’s Hospice and it is essential that we recruit and retain the very best individuals and offer a supportive, engaging and rewarding working environment. To help us in achieving this we are now seeking a HR Advisor to join our HR Team.

The role combines an operational focus with the opportunity to get involved in HR projects as they arise, the majority of these will be centered on delivering the outcomes we want to generate from our People Strategy. Team fit alongside the ability to deliver is crucial so we’re looking for a motivated, talented HR generalist with great communication and interpersonal skills alongside well developed HR skills in the core generalist areas of employee relations, recruitment, HRIS and policies and procedures.

In return we offer 27 days annual leave increasing with length of service plus bank holidays, pension and life insurance cover.
