We are looking for a Registered Nurse who can bring strong leadership and skill to lead our community nursing service. The role will take forward an outstanding community service, enabling the team to deliver the best care to our community.  Compassionate leadership, a progressive outlook, demonstrating respect for people and being a highly professional role model are all essential. The post holder will work autonomously and demonstrate an advanced level of practice.
