We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced retailer to join our Retail team in a bank capacity. The successful individual will be required to cover across all of our shops in Eastbourne, Hailsham, Uckfield, Seaford and Heathfield and therefore a flexible attitude is essential. 

You will have a hands-on approach, with the ability to recruit and motivate a team of volunteers to maximise sales and generate income to support the work of St Wilfrid’s. You will be able to demonstrate proven success in achieving sales targets, with the ability to influence and increase sales and productivity.

You will enjoy providing excellent customer service and will generate stock through donations to ensure our stores meet their sales targets.

Experience of working with volunteers would be an advantage; however, this role would also suit a candidate with high street retail experience. As this is a retail post, regular weekend work is required.
