Now in its 36th year, the annual Meads Christmas Bazaar returns this November to raise funds for St Wilfrid’s Hospice.

Marking one of the first local highlights on the calendar leading up to Christmas, this year’s bazaar will have an eclectic assortment of festive gift ideas and cards. There will be a grand raffle with exciting prizes, and other stalls will include cakes, books/DVDs, plants, toys and a few surprises! It promises to have something for everyone.

As this traditional community event continues to evolve, contributions and new volunteers are always welcomed. If you would like to display a poster in your window or be involved in any other way, please contact Jon Neal on [email protected]

This year’s event is to be held on Saturday 2rd November at The Parish Hall, Meads Street. Doors open at 10am with an entry fee of £1 which includes a tea/coffee and biscuit.
