I would like to thank you for the wonderful kindness shown to me and my family during my recent stay. Patient

Leave a gift in your Will

Hands - Leave a gift in your will

A gift in your Will to St Wilfrid’s Hospice will help us make a difference in the future for local people.

Gifts left to us by these means, over the past years have enabled us to develop and maintain much of the nursing we deliver and to build for the generations to come.

Have a look at the How legacy gifts have helped  section, to see how the money is spent and what good it has done. Similarly, read Ronald Hodges’ personal story of commitment and support to St Wilfrid’s, and see how you too could allow your generosity to last beyond your lifetime.

How do I get started? is a question that we are often asked. Find out the answers to many frequently asked questions and what to do next.

Many of our supporters in The Legal and Accountancy Professions are able to give advise on the most up to date Tax Implications of writing a Will and they also support us in a Number of Schemes that are available to you throughout the year.

For more Help and Support contact our Trusts and Legacies Officer – John Summers - who is only too happy to try and answer your questions and give you support. In this section you will find other online forms and information that might be helpful to you.

We also have a helpful section for those who are acting as an Executor in a Will and would like to be guided through the details of what has to happen.
