The carers group offers an informal and confidential meeting once a month. The group is facilitated by experienced staff who can offer support and advice to carers.

Carers have opportunity to meet others sharing similar experiences and a chance to support each other. Time is available for one-to-one support if desired and refreshments are provided. Transport can be arranged if necessary and it may be possible to arrange respite for the person being cared for at home.

Groups are run in:

Eastbourne - Last Tuesday of the month held at St Wilfrid’s Hospice dining room 2.30pm – 4pm

Uckfield - First Thursday of the month held at Uckfield Hospital small meeting room 2.30pm – 4pm
