37.5 hours per week
Salary circa £40,000 per annum

We are entering a challenging phase of our ambitious development to extend our reach in the local community.  We have begun the preparatory work to build a new hospice in a high profile location in Eastbourne which will double our current capacity. To enhance our team we are recruiting a Psychosocial Services Manager to develop a fully integrated, broad reaching psychosocial service.

The Psychosocial Services Manager will be responsible for role modelling best practice, identifying and implementing service improvements, and the ongoing development of the clinical teams in order to meet the day to day psychological and social needs of our patients and their families.

The successful candidate will have a professional qualification in either social work or counselling, and have experience in the other discipline. They will have strong leadership and managerial skills combined with expertise in palliative or end of life care.
