Hospice at Home Team Leader

37.5 hours per week, worked over 7 days per week including evenings

Salary Range £25,330 to £34,108 per annum

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our team as Nursing Team Leader. Our Hospice at Home is an extremely successful service providing hospice care to patients in their own home within Eastbourne and the surrounding areas.  The role of the Team Leader will be to continue to develop this service and provide leadership to the nursing teams in Day Therapy and Hospice at Home.

Applicants will have recent experience as a registered nurse, current NMC registration and excellent communication skills. The successful applicant will have high clinical standards and a passion for providing the best possible care, along with the ability to be a team player who is flexible and demonstrates initiative.

You will also have the ability to develop good relationships both internally and externally and a good understanding of how to develop and manage a team.

We are offering 27 days annual leave, increasing with length of service and generous pension arrangements.
