EASTBOURNE – Change your view?
A major part of extending our reach in the community is to build a new hospice in a high profile location in Eastbourne. The new hospice facility will be a modern, built for purpose building set in a beautifully landscaped location with various garden spaces, plenty of parking and has space for further expansion if needed in the future. Work preparing the site started in mid 2011; construction is expected to finish by very early in 2013.
To enhance our team we are now recruiting a Head of Nursing to strategically lead quality assurance and evidence based nursing practice combined with an exciting opportunity to be instrumental in developing our profit making care services company.
The successful candidate will be a Registered Nurse who holds a relevant degree with a real enthusiasm for the pursuit of excellence and continuous learning combined with the business acumen to work alongside our team to create a new care services company. You will also have strong management and leadership skills.
The salary will be in the region of £48,000
We are offering 27 days annual leave, increasing with length of service, generous pension arrangements and subsidised meals.
