Director of Business Development
As Director of Business Development you will have responsibility for delivering significant financial growth from existing and new trading and social enterprise initiatives contributing to achieving the charity’s objective of shifting reliance from given to earned income.
To be considered for this role you will need, a proven track record of profitable strategic business development and at least five years successful experience in a senior commercial role with single accountability for profitability growth over a 3 – 5 year period. You will need sensitivity for the work done by hospices and excellent interpersonal skills.
In return, you will receive a base salary up to £65,000 and generous holiday and pension.
