Our Library has a comprehensive range of around 1000 books plus other literature specialising in Palliative Care and associated subjects.

Books may be borrowed for study purposes by internal or external students, and can be loaned for up to 3 months.

There are currently 6 Medical Journals actively subscribed to (see list on the right) and all these are relevant to Palliative Care.  These may not be removed from the library, but photocopies may be made of any journal articles, extracts, etc. for a few pence per copy. Access to the Internet for study and research purposes is also available, with help and advice.

The Library is open to external visitors between 9am and 4.30pm, Monday to Friday. Advance notice booking by external students / visitors is required.

• Bereavement
• Nursing and Medical Texts

We also have a large number of Reference Books which cannot be taken out, but may be used within the library for study purposes.
